Carpet cleaning is important!
Carpeting is a major investment in your office, and regular professional cleaning is necessary to keep it looking new. Just as the clothes we wear need regular washing to keep them fresh and hygienic, so carpets require periodic professional carpet commercial cleaning.
Accumulated soil and grit are major causes of reduced carpet life if left unchecked. Carpet cleaning costs are minimal when you consider the replacement cost of carpets, so regular cleaning makes economic sense too. Most commercial office carpets should be cleaned once every 12 months.
If the office is attached to a factory or workshop then it would require much more frequent cleaning, once every three to six months. I can advise you about the cleaning frequency, better once I have inspected the carpet.

Pricing :
Commercial carpet cleaning is priced by the square metre, so they generally need to be quote and inspected. If you know the size of the area you want cleaned we can give you an estimate over the phone. To minimize disruption to the office we would recommend cleaning on a Friday afternoon or a Saturday. If it is a small area then any afternoon would be ok and the area would be ready for normal work the next day.
As most offices these days do not have opening windows it is recommended that the Air-Conditioning be left on over night or for at least 4 to 5 hours after completion of cleaning.
Due to the powerful cleaning equipment being fixed to the Truck, there are restriction on what buildings I can clean. Off Street Parking, with-In 15 Metres of Area to be Cleaned. Hoses cannot go across footpaths. Must have a water Tap near where the Van would be parked. Sorry No High Rise Buildings above 2nd floor or Shopping Center Shops or Offices.
